Let’s call her Jewel, she’s a young Rice farmer in Ngomku, Sabongari. Like many other young ladies and women in this area, she was born on the Rice fields and has grown in Rice production. Rice to her, is the lone source of income as is for most of the people in this area. Rice has brought her this far, and her expectations of the RVCDP are great. She is positive that she’ll fulfil her dreams of being a force to reckon with in this area as far as Rice production is concerned.
